Can You Bring Out The Happiness?

Whether you’re out here looking for something or someone to make you happy, know that you won’t find it. Yes, people and things can make you happier but they can’t make you happy. When I write happy, I don’t mean the temporary fix that can be caused by emotions or even enhanced by drugs, etc. I’m speaking about the one that starts from within; where you can wake up every morning and look yourself in the mirror despite what you went through, going through or about to go through and say “I don’t have any regrets on who I’m becoming, so I’ll keep going!”. Almost like manifesting divine will.

Note: I didn’t want to make a list of how to be happy because I don’t see a single way to bring happiness in to your life. One consistency though that seems to work well with people is to understand themselves; on how they live amongst the self, the community and any other aspects they put themselves through.

If you are having a hard time looking at your self in the mirror, maybe its time to reevaluate life and walk on another path, or maybe you just need to keep kicking. What I’m saying doesn’t mean you have to give up on the things that make you happier but to manage yourself to the point, that even if you feel like you’ve lost you still win something. So don’t find happiness, bring it out of yourself then you will understand what true happiness is, from the big and small things life has to offer. A lot of people do not realize this until it is to late and time for them to go but it doesn’t have to be like this. Especially if you are willing to walk that different path, break that generational cycle or fight for something you believe in.

Note: It takes a lot to get to that happiness within. A lot of time goes on working on yourself, building yourself and throwing stuff out of your life that holds you still. In order to get that happiness you got to understand you got to be willing to accept change and that nothing will be the same again.

The point of this isn’t to tell you how to be happy but to make you aware of a way you can break yourself out of the funk. Of course there is no easy way to “bring you back to your normal self”, because things will never be the same. So don’t let this bring you down; every thing has it’s limit and in time everything must go. That’s just life keeping you on your toes. I know I didn’t make a complete list of how to make yourself happy; you need to understand that it takes a lot of realizing through your own heart and mind. Once you start to realize then you will see that you’ve always had happiness within, bottled up right next to your anger.
